Space.com reported, an asteroid the size of an airplane crossing the Earth closer than the moon. But the media was sure it was not a potential threat to Earth from asteroids.
"There is no danger of collision when the asteroid 2005 YU55 reach the closest distance to Earth on November 8," said astronomers.
Distance to the nearest trajectory of the asteroid is expected to reach 324,604 km from Earth, he added.
At the closest point, astronomers claim to be able to study the asteroid is better.
